Botanist & Barrel is the South’s only natural cidery — and first producer of Petillant Natural ciders — in the Southeastern United States, focused on spontaneous and wild culture wines and ciders. Known for creativity and an extensive barrel program, Botanist & Barrel crafts real southern ciders, co-ferments, and wines.
