Benjamin Vineyards
Benjamin Vineyards is a family owned and operated vineyard located in the Haw River Valley AVA in Piedmont North Carolina. Situated outside the picturesque town of Saxapahaw along the Haw River, the sandy loam soil of our vineyard is ideal for growing Muscadine grapes– including Scuppernong, the nation’s first cultivated wine grape– as well as viniferous French wine grapes and French-American hybrid wine grapes. We are a vineyard only; we are not a winery. We are open in September as a you pick your own fresh grape vineyard.

Visit our winery, specializing in award-winning wines from sustainably-farmed grapes grown in our own vineyard. This vineyard follows a minimalist and natural approach to wine-making. Guests can taste, tour and shop while taking in grand views of the vineyard, from inside the spacious tasting room or on the wraparound deck which overlooks the vineyard.
