Join us in welcoming back Marla Monzo Holmes, aka ‘The Chef in Red,’ at our Olive Oil Cake and Panna Cotta with Raspberry Coulis class on May 18th in the Fattoria. Chef Marla, an alumna of the prestigious Lorenza de’ Medici School of Cooking in Florence, Italy, is eager to share her expertise and techniques with us, as she teaches us how to make two traditional Italian desserts, which are not only lovely to look at but delicious to eat. Tickets are $65 and include wine, assorted cheeses and fruit, the two desserts Chef Marla will be making, and a memorable culinary experience with her. Wine Club Members discount will be automatically applied at check out.
